How to register a team?
Follow these 3 simple steps:
- Send us an email to info@eastmallorcacup.com
- Fill in the form we will send you with information about the equipment.
- Once the equipment is approved, we will send you more details.
Who can participate?
Soccer clubs, academies, schools and organizations with age-eligible teams.
What age categories participate in the tournament?
BOYS: U11, U13 and U15
GIRLS: U12, U14 and U16
Is the registration automatically confirmed?
No. Registration is only confirmed once the required payments are received within the established deadlines.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation conditions depend on the time of cancellation and are detailed in the official tournament cancellation policy; contact us for more information.
What type of accommodation is included in the package?
All teams will stay in 3 and 4 star hotels.
Is the registration automatically confirmed?
No. Registration is only confirmed once the required payments are received within the established deadlines.
Can families stay in the same hotel as teams?
Yes, subject to availability and provided the team agrees.
Is the transfer to/from the airport included?
Yes, a transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport is included for each team. Travel to the match venues and back to the hotel is also included.
Is there a package for families or amateurs?

As a parent looking for accommodation on your own: where is the best area to book the hotel?
All teams will be accommodated in hotels located between 30 and 35 minutes from each other and from the farthest venue, so any hotel within that area is suitable. However, it is important to note that the main venue is located in the Cala Millor area.
What rules are used?
Matches are played according to FIFA/RFEF rules, with the corresponding adaptations for each age category.

How many games will each team play?
Each team is guaranteed a minimum number of matches (usually between 4 and 6).
How are the groups and qualifiers organized?
Teams are divided into groups, followed by elimination or qualifying rounds.
Where are the locations?
You can find the name and exact location of each site in the “Sites” section of the horizontal menu at the top of the home page.

Do you provide letters of invitation or commitment for visas?
Yes, official documents can be issued once the conditions for registration have been met.
Does the tournament guarantee visa approval?
No. Visa approval depends exclusively on the corresponding embassy or consulate.
Is health insurance mandatory?
– For Spanish teams: it is only required that all players are federated in the Royal Spanish Football Federation, so that they can use the federative insurance in case of injury during the matches.
– For non-Spanish teams: medical insurance will be provided for all players to cover injuries occurring during the matches.
– It is not mandatory to purchase additional insurance; it is at the discretion of each team.
